I highly doubt it, however it would be the better outcome for the world if it did. I suspect maybe a 10X at most with the declining subsidy. Although energy in general should become cheaper outside of the countries that go full totalitarian and basically commit suicide by killing their own infrastructure. In that case there will be an increase in net energy specifically because it’ll become cheaper. The more the better though, imo.
