Usually with heavy eye makeup, but this should not be relied upon because all Psychopaths engage in using heavy eye makeup. Hakua-Gozen can be identified by her extensive tattoos. Do not be fooled by henna tats, Hakua's will be the real thing. And as we have discussed Kaosu will have long hair, extensive makeup across her cheekbones, and a cigarette. If multiple Psychopaths have cigarettes the neon green and bouncy manners of Gunso can be used to make a final determination.

@6e9427cf My life as a light novel writer is so much easier, it just needs to sound nice and be descriptive. Length is no limit. Though JP anima title can be quite long too. A Casual Guild to Identifying a Tokyo Psychopath in the Wild. Works just fine. No worse say than "My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!"
@ae1a0ada I saw the last anime title; a lot better than I expected, in the end. So you write light novels and that's the title. Nice. Nice cosplay, too. I gave your profile links a quick looksee. I write some fanfic, too. It's great practice getting form and characters right, and ramping up production, so you're ready for when your own characters take over.
