What happened after 20, what was the limiting factor?
If you are reading and writing to all those relays then it takes a lot of effort for followers clients to grab the same note from all the relays all the time. Outbox is intended so that certain relays to certain jobs and other clients then only look for and send what is needed to those relays. Amethyst makes this easy and clear. I only read from the general relays primarily. But I have a few things tweeked so as to use nip42 AUTH on certain private relays.
