@93e0dc2f Idk, did you hear/read some depressing news? Do you need a nap? A snack? Some water? Conversely, did you eat something heavy or greasy recently? Or drink something unhealthy? Sugar crash? Also could be hormonal fluctuations, or a change in barometric pressure. So many things can make us feel bad; why can’t there be more things that make us feel good? :catPOWER:
@c53d74b8 good question, my mind and focus is all over the place and I’m barely keeping track of what I’ve seen/done. Too right about so much making us feel bad though, definitely seems unfair that there’s more of that than the good stuff.
