The cannibalpill is viable as long as you train at least once a year by eating nothing but pork-based dishes for a month. Remember not to eat the nerve tissue, kuru is a bad time.
Speaking of pork. Does anyone else get really elevated body temps after eating it? Pork turns me into a fucking furnace. Stuff can make my whole body put off steam in the cold. The worst is eating it and then trying to sleep.

@Hoss “Cyber Santa” Delgado @d The point of a bugout bag is to get out of the city to whatever refuge you have set up. If you don't have a prepared stronghold, there's no point in bugging out. Everyone with a BOB but no cabin innawoods is larping. (Exception for preparing to evacuate a predictable natural disaster zone, like a hurricane or river flood. In those cases you're trying to get out to a state-provided shelter.)
I have two places to go but it would still take very extreme circumstances for me to leave. the most likely thing would be a major infrastructure failure I couldn't weather, like water, gas, or electric turning off in winter, staying off for weeks, and there being no word as to when it would come back on
