Really?

Submitted by David Asher, a senior fellow at Hudson Institute and former senior advisor to the State Department on China,
At 0800 ET, the China Subcommittee in the House of Representatives will convene a critically important hearing on the Chinese government's involvement in fentanyl trafficking.
Congressman Mike Gallagher will make his final appearance as Chair of the Committee. Expect some mind-altering news as the results of a year-long special investigation are unveiled.
The US faces a drug death catastrophe where we incur fatalities approaching those during the entire Vietnam War every six months. The vast majority of deaths are derived from fentanyl-laced narcotics, many of which are marketed as "ordinary" painkillers and anti-depressants by Mexican cartels. China knowingly supplies the ingredients to Mexican cartels manufacturing illicit fentanyl drugs, and Chinese organized criminals in the US handle the laundering of proceeds. It's an end-to-end Chinese Communist conspiracy.
Nationwide drug overdose deaths have topped 100,000 in the last few years.

Quoting further:
A joint DEA-State Department investigation between 2017 and 2020 found that over a thousand Chinese Communist students here on visas alone deposited well over a billion drug dollars in America's largest banks, mainly in cash to pay for real estate. The role of the Chinese Communist Party in coordinating this "reverse opium war" was apparent to those of us who led the investigation.
It's from zerohedge, so sources are likely shit. Also, they're equating/conflating trafficking and manufacturing. No mention of how the CCP changed laws to help the DEA.
Laws being changed is a charade if the shit is still making its way across the Pacific, and it apparently is. Fentanyl and it's train of bodies will continue to be a problem in the US for a decade to come. Hell, it's even becoming a problem in Europe.
Laws may be a charade but they create and maintain numerous jobs. Fent is not a problem. Just needs to be measured carefully.
Yeah, cannot export it like 15 years ago. Doesn't really matter it's shit compared to heroin in terms of duration and rush. Now gotta pay top dollar to get unlaced black tar.
Oh, the newer drug is 'tranq'. Wouldn't recommend that you try it though since it induces tissue death in your extremities due to oxygen starvation.
Tranq is not a drug. It's a combo. It's just benzos and fent. Nothing new about retards mixing benzos and opies together. The tissue death is likely due to impurities. Or it's propaganda aimed at cowardly and gullible folk. I just like to smoke black tar once in a while. It's good enough as it is.
No, it's not. Tranq is Xylazine, a veterinary sedative. It's correct that it's mixed with fent.
There's a writeup on the necrotic skin ulcers it causes here:

Quote:
In the areas with a high prevalence of the use of xylazine mixed with fentanyl or heroin, abscesses, and painful skin ulcers are very often reported. The mechanism is thought to be due to its direct vasoconstricting effect on local blood vessels and the resultant decreased skin perfusion. Prolonged use can lead to decreased perfusion and impaired wound healing, leading to higher chances of infection of these ulcers.
I saw a vice report about it and I have big doubts about anyone wanting to use that. I thought it was a benzo. I'd try it with proper dosages. That article is a joke. Sample size 1. IV user. Same myth was wide spread about desomorphine. And similar shit said about cocaine and booze by pussy ass niggaz who never do cocaine. It's bad taste to tell not to try something if you have no experience with such
