Other than that, whom does military force cosist of? Who provides logistic, arm production and overall war economy? Is it some abstract government or a population of a country at war?
I'm assuming we missed something and @thunder was actually a hugely charismatic child soldier who seized control of the Serbian government in a violent coup and lead vast hordes against the known world... Like a little girly Genghis Khan.
What happenes to me is that I get to live in a country full of invalids due to the actions of the Serbian government. Instead of blaming NATO for helping to end the fucking war her country started, maybe we should be blaming Milosevic, but you will never hear Serbs admit their part of the blame.
