 What is 1809?
I think that was his whole handle JStark == JStark1809

There's no wikipedia for either JStark, JStark1809 or his fiat name.

Guess that should be included in the wiki!
In 1809, a group of Bennington veterans gathered to commemorate the battle. General Stark, then aged 81, was not well enough to travel, but he sent a letter to his comrades which closed "Live free or die: Death is not the worst of evils."

His nym was a reference to John Stark the American military officer. 1809 was a year or something. I forget when he explained it but it's out there.
Probably this. It was a letter written by a revolutionary war hero John Stark. https://image.nostr.build/7e1f2c709c2672f6fbf2052ba63b0f47ab514870ccea54f0507ed65e4a564e6a.jpg
Wild. God forbid someone actually look for the story.
Another page under Evidence of the Wikimedia Censorship and State Intelligence Ties would be handy for storing the receipts as well.
How well do relays handle actually long articles? I had tried to copy-paste content from Wikipedia and those more often than not failed to save and I guess it was a size limit thing.

For me, a size limit can also have its good side especially in the context of a decentralized wiki but it should be explicit and not just throw away what I wrote.

Imagine a reasonable limit driving articles into composable sub-articles that can be included in the main article much like kind-1 notes get embedded in each other.
Foaf model helps. Tier 1 and 2 npubs have a much higher bytesize limit for us
The guy was not a saint 👀

I read it all, didn't see any issues, what part makes him not a Saint to you? (Not saying he is, just curious)
Np. I'm not a fan of the part about "misogyny, racism, and anti-Semitic rhetoric" (that's my opinion, don't force anyone to have the same)
 Oh, got it.
Accusations without any sort of proof. I can call you racist, doesnt make it true. And these days, pretty much every white man on earth is labelled a racist, misoginist and an anti-semite. Those words have zero meaning anymore
What are some examples of this rhetoric?
common limit is ~50kB, which is 50 000 characters. some relays accept larger notes.
when are you going to stop relying on nonstandard prefix search on wikifreedia? it breaks for me 50% of the time
yup, taking it away on the next version

@Erik I think this is one of Nostr’s killer apps
This + searchability/ discoverability. When apps all publish the same common data formats, you almost get discoverability for free.
Something wrong with your search. He's mentioned multiple times here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FGC-9
 Try site:wikipedia.org
In my opinion talking about your gun is like talking about your lady's cunt and your a total ATF target, but what do I know.....
 Ok then
