 I think it didn’t work cause you have the nostr: prefix on it. Try taking that off. I can add support for leaving that on later.

 How did you get the note ID  

 In the Primal web app, I clicked the 3 dots on the note and clicked Copy note ID. 

 Exactly what I did but doesn't work  

 Hard to debug without sitting next to you since I can’t recreate the issue

 The note might not be on many relays. Currently, I’m only checking some of the main relays for the note unless you use an nevent which includes relay hints. You can create an nevent with relay hints using https://nak.nostr.com. I’ll work on making it smarter by checking the author’s write relays. It will make the app a little slower though.

 I used a normal note ID it didn't work it says couldn't find note

 It does, but the functionality is a little clunky. The image is too large for the screen and the Download button is almost lost. And the View dialog in Safari doesn’t do anything. But the image did end up in my gallery.
