I don’t know how I feel about the Speech & Debate Clause and accessing a representative’s cell phone data. 

I both think it’s probably more protection than I’d like, but also can see how investigations could easily be abused and the danger being addressed by the clause.  

Do I want conservatives going to conservative federal judges and going through democrat’s phones? 

I do not. Do I think they would do something so politically sensitive without good cause? 

Of course I do.
