I'm in Chile. Which Android phone that I can buy here off the shelf works with Graphene. It's just not easy and only works for the 1% of the 1%.
As I know there’s no definitive information on how exactly ChatControl might be implemented, as the regulatory process is still ongoing and the final details have not been made public.
If they go very hard… it could be that the only private and secure solution will be GrapheneOS + SimpleX…
