Sometimes I'm getting crazy when I see how many duplicate of the same object we accumulate. In our home (with kids) we have at least: 20 pairs of scissors 30 kitchen knifes (table knifes not incl.) 8 Swiss army knifes 20 drink bottles Hundreds of pencils and markers 7 matress (normal ones) + 4 inflatables ones 20 bed sheets 10 polar blankets (in an overheated modern appartment) 20-30 kitchen towels 25 pool and shower towels 15 backpacks 12 balles (toy of the kids) 8 bicycles 7 skate scooters ... I could continue like this for hours. For some times I have been thinking about making a little art project and gather one kind of a given object with a single utility and photograph them on a table or on the floor. It will end up with a photo series to show the ovet consumption in our modern society.
