The most enraging part is that there are probably two or three authors who have the money to go after these fuckers the rest of you have little to no recourse. 
 @4b13d910 Having been plagiarized before, I've looked into it. To go after someone for copyright infringement means a case in federal court and an estimated $50K in legal fees. At least, that's what we were quoted.

I can see Nora Roberts and Stephen King taking notice and going, but for people who make that much on a very good year, they have to really think what they may get back--and people who get half or less, well.
