if you dont think inscriptions are valid tx, reject blocks that include them. If the economic majority of nodes does that, the miners will choose to build on a chain tip that doesnt have inscriptions, or they sell into a smaller market

I really do not like inscriptions, but I totally understand the point you are making here.
This is an attack on #bitcoin. Deeming blocks as invalid, when the consensus rules tells you they are valid, is a great way to lead to accidental 51% attacks and orphan blocks — which can cause double-spends.
