But NOT as mental or any other health care (HC existed at the time of founding, no mention of it in Constitution, it is private service) or fixing potholes and bridges - duty of the local Gvt closely controlled by you. I would bet they would have access to more money for important things if the unjust income tax didn't send the lions share to washington for military adventurism.
