 @2433bcdf Thank you; that one worked much better! The original link still doesn't seem to work for me; not sure what's wrong. For me the browser just sits there trying to connect until it eventually times out. (My Internet connection is fine, as evidenced by that I'm posting this... 🙂)

Yes, there's a redirect on the first link that your browser probably blocks. I hope you can still grab some of those books for free.

 @2433bcdf I don't think that's it; then the failure would be on trying to reach the redirected-to page. Either way several of those were still free (though some were no longer available for free), so I got at least some value out of the effort. Maybe I'll find a next favorite among the bunch. 🙂

I already had South Breaks from before, and even gave it a honest try, but unfortunately it wasn't quite my cup of tea. (Frankly I found the character names confusing.) I'm sure others enjoy it though!

And don't feel bad about not liking South. That's fine. It's why I make it free, so people can try the series with no risk.
