These were absolutely fantastic! I’m proud of myself. 🤗

toasted mini white corn tortilla, blackened tilapia, corn salsa, garlic lime cilantro crema, red cabbage, cotija cheese. 🌮🌮🌮🌮

Made everything myself w/ tortillas and cheese purchased from a great local Latina grocery store. 

When do I open my travelling taco truck?! ;)
