@6645941f yeah, we call them "herna", like a gaming place, or more like gambling place, more or less, you usually find them in poor towns and they often are 24/7 while there are no groceries past 8 pm, they don't really serve much other purpose than extract money from poor people, but their lobbyists are smart people so they made them operate in a tax regime where a large part of the tax goes directly to the municipality that allowed them, giving towns huge incentive to have them
