 Bread is breading. I'll be baking it late tonight, I got a late start on it but my starter is VERY active. I always put water on my hand and wipe it before I rest it. Not sure it helps, but it hasn't hurt 🤷‍♀️. I think of it like sports fans, it's my mojo 😂. #sourdough #breadstr #mojo

 Aaah, that baking at 2am, because damn starter😀 
 Seriously. I should've cheated and added a little yeast, but I'm trying to do it on my own again. I've had a rough patch 😭. 
 I'll try again soon. I bought a high temp oven especially for a bread and never used it😅 I never got the ear right and it was never fluffy enough😑 
 I can't ever get the pretty ear or design 😑. I score the heck out of it, but it never tears where the cut is. If it tastes good, I'm ok with it 🤷‍♀️. I use a dutch oven covered for like 15 min then open it to get it crusty and keep an eye out so it isn't blackened. 
 I want to smell fresh hot bread and eat it with butter and salt. 
 Same. Love the smell.  
 It draws people in.
Oh, the heartburn. 
 I'll be having some heartburn at about 02:00 tomorrow. 
 First thought as I started reading?.. “the pud is pudding” and now I want bread pudding.
