To be fair, he did say 'need.' I think his point is that most people can have the use of things without the headaches of owning them. That obviously doesn't apply if your value is to keep the same house for your entire life (or while your children grow up). Owning it would be the surest way of achieving that want. But I do agree with your sentiment. I hate it when people tell me I shouldn't spend my Bitcoin. Fuck you. The whole point of money is to express my values. Otherwise, what are we here for?
