Poast doesn't count and I don't think I spend a considerable amount of time on here relatively speaking. Maybe on my days off with it on in the background while I clean and run errands sure. 

 I consider this social media. Its no different than twitter except for the racism against niggets instead of Whites 🤷‍♂️

Context clues, like "dumb phone or android" being an iToddler's phrasing imply that poast would be too "underground" and it's safe to assume OP meant "mainstream" social - I had the same hesitancy and left it unchecked though.
