 Both my doctor and work have left me in limbo again. Meanwhile the estate agents have notified me they're gonna inspect (they will be shits about wearing masks again) and before that I have a parent visiting, so a great deal of cleaning and tidying needs to happen anyway.

That can't happen if I'm working. The stress of the inspection has set me into panic mode.

So. Stuff sucks. But I have to do stuff to sort it out because no one else will.

I'm gonna do a bunch of stuff I am anxious about over the next hour so it's done and I can forget about it for today. This is not good 'pacing' but I won't be able to relax until it's all done.

1. Send nephew a voucher.
2. Wish sister a happy birthday.
3. Email work.
4. Email doctor.
