 You are right, it's just incremental step; might as well lead to more sensationalism incentives and chasing to be the first to 'break" in with their take.

Yet, it hints a path; and idea that can be iterated on further. Maybe not by Elon, but that's besides the point.

 I might not have as much faith in people as you. I don’t think most people will care about choosing their own algorithms even though it’s what they should do
