Hey #100pushups crew. I’ve been back into doing pushups again every day (just in the morning at the moment). I’m not getting up to 100 which is why I am not sharing notes like I was. But, it’s a great routine to start each day.
My back was sore for maybe 2 weeks when I was going too hard so this is a nice way to get back into the routine.
I look forward to when I start the day with 100 pushups rather than the 40 I’m doing now.

I'm sorry to hear that you injured yourself. But really glad to hear that you are back on track. Don't push it too hard.
