I've seen a few people say that Amethyst is blocking it pretty well, but I'm using Amethyst right now and I'm spotting the spam a lot (though less so, since I've blocked so many of them). And that's saying something because my version of Amethyst has a very strict filter list that I can't seem to disable. 🤷♂️
