A call to the bank hasn't sorted the issue out? Some banks are just not friendly, not sure if you'll even have better luck on other services. It's all "crypto related" to them.
Phone call made it worse — he called in order to tell them to let the e-transfer through and they told him the email had been flagged in their system as fraudulent. Absolutely insane
I've heard that one before. They do that to put up barricades and try to get you to give up. Have been able to just tell them that the receiver is trusted and then they put the transfer through. Obviously gotta be calm about it. In the case of Bullbitcoin you should be able to argue that they're Fintrac registered and a legit company. Canada post is a good option too.
