Make sure you keep ingesting some fiber and prebiotics. I think that would help a lot.
On the other hand, I lost ~50 lbs that I really needed to lose and it wasn't difficult, so I understand the love of eating that way.
Thanks! I think taking prebiotic is a great idea! I've lost 10 lbs so far and unlike other diets, this one really doesn't trigger my sugar or carb cravings so I feel like this can be more of a lifestyle change ☺
