As many of you know, I had to make a tough decision yesterday. It wasn't easy and I thought long and hard about it, but I am able to report that I have let our good friend and colleague Uptober go. 

They have been let go without severance and with immediate effect. 

In the interim, I have promoted Upvember to replace them, but sadly they can't start for a month.

Because of this I've taken several other drastic steps, the first one being our new fleet of executive cars. I have cancelled the order for the Lambos and have instead ordered a more modest replacement.

I appreciate you were all looking forward to your new perks, but I'm sure you'll agree that the replacement below is a perfectly adequate alternative.
