Story time:

Was in the sauna tonight and topic of Bitcoin arises, unsurprisingly. 

Guy says his wife got a $250 bonus from work and decided, as she didn't need it, she'd invest it in Bitcoin. 

They did their research and invested her $250, and he added that the investor, called them to reassure them all was good.

It was at this moment, I knew they'd been scammed.

They duly 'checked' their account to realise it was empty.
