 Not true. Multiple coordinators are allowed now. If you use whirlpool-cli you can see which one is being used.

 This is in beta. According to the blog post, the goal is to make each Dojo a coordinator.

 It also shouldn't matter since the coordinator is blinded. The point of multiple coordinators is not better privacy but more censorship resistance.
