 I don't understand this puzzle. the power source on the top works [the angular thing], but the power source on the bottom does not. and why is the receiver the wrong way around at the top?

 @kaia there are inputs and outputs, your goal is to use the signal from the inputs and get as much lines to the outputs as possible. depending on splitters and other things, the bar will be filled by 1 or even 2-3 per line to the output. change the direction the things by clicking on them...
