 Panel looks good but I'd prefer a default reaction on normal press with long press giving you the multi option pop out to select more context.

 If you keep just one reaction in the list, it won't open the popup and will trigger that reaction automatically

 That's what I do for myself because I prefer the single click flow but would love to use the multi selector when a note really calls for a 😂 or a ❤️
