 Wow yes it’s still so difficult.
In my home country Germany, there is currently built one earth ship in total.
I’m afraid it will be a damn hard process to get approval, but it probably will be.

I’m thinking of contacting them to get some inspiration how they managed to get it done!

 Tires are really only toxic if you are trying to re process them. 

Used like this, they are innert and sealed.
