 No.  The priests added time in their genealogies to make themselves look older.  Ancient records show fewer pharaohs than more recent lists and disagree with older writings from other countries.  They have a bunch of pharaohs that either have no history or identical histories to other pharaohs that are the added generations.

 The pharaohs merely renovated them. There are no hieroglyphics or any indication they were built by that culture.
