They're soulless materialists, so sex isn't somethiong beautiful and sacred, it's two or more meat husks humping. Because it doesn't really matter, there's no reason to care if those husks are fat and misshapen. In fact, it's better that they are, because so are Amerifats, and we can't risk making them feel inadequate. Thus spiritual ugliness inevitably manifests as physical ugliness.
