And unlike us as we don't have the technology yet to enter different dimensions......inhabitants can see us and can enter....the Astral body/mind

 For quite some time we were not able to see microorganisms that live around us until microscope was invented....
That doesn't mean that microorganisms weren't there- they were always there ( it's a same physical world though, same dimensional space)
And seeing inhabitants of different dimensions eventually...why not?
