He spent 16+ years in ministry and served as Director of Outreach for Collision Ministries, partnering with youth to serve the underprivileged in the inner city. Rick has an entrepreneurial spirit and is currently engaged in several projects ranging from homesteading their farm in WI (Seven Layers Farm) to managing a regional online farmers market (The Big River Cooperative).
