This is a place to discuss the art and science of Air Traffic Control. Your traffic control is the service provided by the appropriate authority to ensure the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic.

If you don't have safe, orderly, and expeditious, I don't know what you have, but whatever it is, it isn't air traffic control.
