Dig this argument for why inequality would get better on Bitcoin:
Bitcoin balances the economic rewards that go to investment vs. the reward for work by enforcing its supply cap and thereby rendering it impossible for invested money to "grow" consistently over time.
On Bitcoin, the average return on investments has to be 0 because if it were consistently positive, there would have to be extra bitcoins coming from somewhere, beyond 21 million.
What are the flaws? How can it be punched up? How can it be conveyed in images?
Why is the US against China?
Human rights? Really?
And how would the US respond if China blocked Taiwan from exporting silicon chips to the US?
Can't everyone see that we are voluntarily heading towards a war between the two greatest powers on earth?
Obviously this is bad for the citizens, but it helps consolidate power where it is already consolidated: the hands of nat. sec. psychopaths.
Thank you. Will listen. But I can't resist answering the question first heheh:
How will the US gov't fight it? The answer is it will be a different "US gov't" than we have now. It will be smaller :) And it will be aligned.
And it won't be gas-lighting us into war with China under rediculous pretenses of human rights when it supports Saudi and Israel.
Bitcoin will help with China's human rights issues too btw.
Thanks Trey,you rule.

My question for Bradley:
Could you please comment on the idea that conflict is unavoidable feature of life, but that it would be possible for higher beings' conflicts to transcend the material into the realm of the symbolic, and that Bitcoin could be a step in that direction?
Like, imagine a world with tens of thousands of sovereigns that all have nuclear weapons and, even more dangerous, teleportation devices. Would it be unstable and end in extinction in short order? Would the most merciless, aggressive sovereign take over? Or an alliance of them? How would Bitcoin affect that?
The reason I ask is that, since nuclear energy, there have been more and more technologies that are so powerful they could be used as WMDs but they can also lead to incredible abundance. Binary fate. Just like Bitcoin eh?
Welcome! For me the next step is the Network State. Balaji's idea. We can get out of the trap of war-ensnared governments by opting into geographically distributed network states. Long-term project, should give you plenty to sink your teeth into! Would love to colab.
Yes. As humanity wakes up to the existence of super-advanced "non-human intelligences," whether they are artificial intelligence or UFOs we will realize that the "defense" is only from ourselves, and the real threat is not other nations, it is the conflict states.
