 Good idea, could be cool to have some blockchain verifiable mediator certificate for example. Being it a trust based service, as many credentials as possible make sense.

 I dont think we will see much lower levels to be honest. Maybe a fast wick down to 23.5k max which gets bought pretty much instantly imo.

 How do you guys see Ordinals in general connected to higher transaction fees on the network and (excuse my pleb question) is it not possible that this is detrimental to the network in the future in general?
