3 questions every man should ask himself:

What kind of man do I want to be?

What kind of men do I respect?

How do I want to be remembered when I’m dead?
something about simple oatmeal cooked on a woodstove makes me happy. 🪵 🔥 🥣
It’s my personal opinion that everything on a woodstove simply tastes better

 Yup, blends right in!
Very nice! He’s a German Shorthaired Pointer
In what ways has bitcoin lowered your time preference ?
It definitely makes me think twice before making a purchase that I “think” I need. I’d rather keep my $50 because in the future it’ll be worth $500 (in fiat terms).
They’ll likely be saying the same thing at $100k! The bus is never missed, just hop on the next one.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the U.S.! Enjoy your time with family and never take it for granted.

I was a single guy for long enough, enjoyed a lot of things. Now with a family, I ask you, is th...
This is the dream. You’ve done well.
It’s wild how detached from death we’ve become. It’s not often that we see a dead body. We even outsource the burial process to a company to take care of it for us.

In the Middle Ages you’d witness death often. You’d bury your own family members and friends with your own hands. A common sickness could take you out with very little notice.

I can’t help but think this would have a positive impact on your spiritual life. You live your life differently when you know that tomorrow isn’t promised.

With the medical advancements of today, we seem to think we’re invincible. Death doesn’t even cross our minds until we’re 70 years old and realize we don’t have much time left. By then it’s too late.

Remember you must die.

I’m aware people have seen plenty of death, it’s just not nearly as common for the everyday person.
 Any first world country
Drugs definitely wreak havoc on some towns in the U.S., it’s very sad.
Thank you I’ll be sure to check that out, sounds interesting
Thank you all for the warm welcome! In my short time on Nostr I’ve found everyone to be exceedingly positive, helpful, and friendly. This place is different. I hope it’s here to stay.
 Thank you!

 I appreciate it!
Just deleted all my other social media accounts, I’ll be sticking with Nostr only because I believe in the vision. Only downside is I don’t know a single person in real life who uses it yet. #grownostr
 I haven’t, what is it?
 Insane 😂
Just want to make a difference any way that I can
 Thank you!

 Agreed!
 Truth!
Many zaps have been stacked in this one note lol, I will most certainly remain humble.
 Main reasons are:

1. My wife and I have a baby on the way and I don’t want social media to be a big distraction and detract from my family life, so only having Nostr will be helpful.

2. I believe in the Nostr vision of decentralized social media. I don’t want anyone telling me what I’m allowed to say. I figured the best way to promote it is simply to use it and get off the other platforms.

3. I realized that I only care about a handful of people on those platforms. Most of my time scrolling was a huge waste of time, looking at things that I don’t even care about. Those that I truly care about I will text or call them, I don’t need to be on social media to keep in touch with them.
Hopefully that changes in the future.

 Completely agree
There’s a severe lack of masculinity in Christianity today, moreso in Protestantism than Catholicism though.

Bible studies are borderline therapy sessions where everyone expresses how they “feel” about this or that.

Christianity needs more men that are strong.. physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. God wills it.

Thank you, I’ll definitely check this out when I get a chance.
Me: I can’t wait for RFK Jr. to attack the food and drug industries so we can make America healthy again.

Halfway done with this. It’s been incredibly insightful. Why was I never taught any of this in school..

 Very well said.
Getting married and having children forces men to level up.

I never used to put a ton of thought into finances or the future in general.. until I got married and had my first child on the way just recently.

I know this isn’t always the case. Some men are stuck in perpetual adolescence, prioritizing video games over their family at an attempt to escape from the struggles of reality.

These men can either watch their family crumble, or wake up and become the hero their family needs.
What’s up everyone. Looking forward to spreading some propaganda focused on Christ, family, health, masculinity, and Bitcoin without risk of being silenced. Here’s to saying whatever the hell we want 🍻
