Happily, cross-vendor and even self-help automation, detection and interdiction are possible -- using #openstandards to power #cybersecurity ops.  HT OASIS (CSAF, CACAO, STIX), @ebe149db (MISP), OWASP (CycloneDX) and others.  
You don't have to be a giant, or single-vendor-dominated, to innovate.  The indies are alive and well in cybersec.  #VEX
