Yesterday I had to hear my coworkers yap about Bitcoin, as I usually do whenever it hits an ATH. Had to hear them talk about how it is a Ponzi scheme, how it’s OBVIOUSLY going to 0 and how it’s useless. I don’t feel sorry for them anymore, I’ve tried, I’ve done my homework, they haven’t.
Everybody buys bitcoin at the price they deserve.
Felt something similar when I started running. It was runner’s knee. Fixed it by not stopping running and stretching a lot, theragunning and doing strength workouts. Also, knee specific exercises like sissy squats and a lot of mobility exercises. If it happened without you increasing the miles per week rapidly though I would assume it’s something different. Why does the zap feature not show up in Damus until I’ve clicked on the note? Can’t I zap directly from the feed?
Does the little lightning icon only show when someone else has zapped that note? How do I zap it if I’m the first one zapping it?
I feel like these things should not be happening

Got it, I don’t follow any hashtags since I opened this account a few days ago. I switched from another one but I used to use Primal on that one. Was just trying Damus because of the Alby connectivity.
Somehow I’ve had a better experience with the zapping feature in Primal but I’ll wait a bit to see if the caching fixes these things.
Also, Primal can’t be used with an external primal wallet at all? Not too comfortable with depending on their wallet tbh
