Can't wait to see how true #NodeWeaver claim of zero touch deployment actually works, using a tiny box sitting in front of me just waiting to be powered up

So our last presenter today at #EFD2 is #NodeWeaver and they brought a freakin' server with them! :) Nice to see they're acknowledging the reality of #edgecomputing today - it's ubiquitous yet incredibly varied

@b3d31edd The reverence the women pay to the Gift as it proceeds past them is simultaneously heartbreaking and sweetly precious.
Just watched Children of Men for the nth time. Every time I watch it I see more and love it more....
@b3d31edd An absolutely brilliant film. The scene of the Presentation of the Gift as all confrontation magically ceases (to avoid spoilers) is one of my favorite candidates for a Voight-Kampff test ...
If you're in the Detroit or SW Michigan area, you don't want to miss the #MOUS 2023 Summit in just a few weeks on October 25th. Definitely put this event on your radar, as it's chock-full of excellent #Oracle #technical content from Oracle ACEs and PMs. Register here: https://mous.us/register2023.html
A new career HWM: I have 3 (!) sessions at #OCW23 in Las Vegas next week, covering everything from APEX Native Map Regions to JSON Relational Duality Views (JRDVs). I'll also be available to help run through 2 brand-new hands-on labs. If you're attending, check out these sessions, please:

Really interesting take by Anne Applebaum at The Atlantic on Musk's decision to keep StarLink deactivated so as to not provoke WW3 was probably misguided: https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2023/09/elon-musk-let-russia-scare-him/675282/
@1f53bc8d Well, as long as he turned off access to StarLink for all Russian aggressors in Ukraine too ... oh, wait, he didn't do that. So yeah, you're right, he's definitely ticking up higher on my Human POS list every day.
