I wonder how long it’ll be till we truly understand how much was destroyed in the name of Covid.
I’m realizing that people don’t desire community anymore, before 2020 people just found excuses to hang out, now it’s pulling teeth to get a group of people together
I don’t remember last time I talked to someone that wasn’t stressed out.
And yes, I’m aware that it was probably most of plan to crush people’s spirits…
I guess I’m a gentle enough person that it makes me sad watching the world burn..
“SUPPLIER DIVERSITY

@eaa154b7 Baby Formula… not me though, I was 100% breast fed! 😂
I got got way to much soy in my early years though and sometimes I wonder if that’s where all of my problems started….
@205381b6 thank you so much!! I’m looking at options that probably don’t want to see a Resumé at the moment but I may have to go that route soon, so again I really appreciate it!
@d55bb43e Exactly! Commodity prices took a dump fall of 2020 and the farm I was working form lost a bunch of land at the same time. So that’s why I made the move to where I’m at now, thinking it’d provide me stability with my income, in hindsight I wish I’d just ridden out the storm.
I’ve started to try and see if I can find a way back into farming and play the game of uncertainty because I think I’d rather do that then deal with corporate BS.
@d55bb43e I’m an “advanced” assembly technician for a parts distribution company,
I mostly work on stuff for John Deere, but there’s a couple other companies that we do some business for, but it mostly involves everything from building engines all the way down to other less complex assemblies/ kits
As a kid I always assumed that leaving a job was easy, and I can understand why I did because when I was told that dad had gotten a different job it was a done deal.
Now as an adult I can appreciate how well my parents sheltered me from the uncertainty and stress that comes with that.
I want to jump, but I can’t find anyplace to land.
@394b5c0e I’ve literally never had my hair cut professionally, my mom cut it until I was a teenager and then I have either had my sister-in-law do it or grew it out.
Barbers are a rip off.
@9b5e94b5 I think there’s also been a pretty big culture shift in society since then which also contributes, but social media across-the-board was better back then and people had drank a lot less stupid juice..
I just wish people would rally up enough to actually try to change things maybe back to the way they were before from within.
