 4 hr been my default trending feed for a while and I’m always finding new people to follow from it. Just followed @quentin who popped up in my 4 hr feed 🫡 

 I removed the primal relay today as well. Not getting spam from the free Damus relay. I think the rate limiting that @jb55 put in place helps a lot. At least until spammers go full blast and start using proxies to spam. 

 @jb55 implemented pretty aggressive rate limiting on the Damus relay which seems to stop that. nostr.wine is a paid relay, so spammers don’t use it. Not sure what nostr.band is doing to block the spam. 

 I haven't seen any RG stuff since I reduced my relay list down to this. It's only been one day though. I think most Nostr clients will only display notes from relays you read from when you search for things. 

 RG still shows up on Primal though cause they use a caching server and they haven't blocked RG notes. #asknostr doesn't seem to have RG notes for me on Damus though.
