Indian Judiciary is doing everything other than Justice to People Of India by justifying Indian society with:
1. Overrepresentation of Upper Castes (less than 10% of 1.4 Billion)
2. Underepresentation of Lower Castes (more than 90% of 1.4 Billion)
while delivering justice with interpreters from Upper Castes, cornering the rewards for10% of themselves, pushing the risk towards 90% of the actual People Comprising India and that too for a Intergenerational timeframe.
and,
they call it a Merit.
In the meanwhile,
near about 0.25 million People left their Indian Citizenship which also are (almost all) from Upper Caste society.
One of the Member of Parliament Of India from the ruling party recently publically took pride diminishing Members from Lower Castes inside the Parliament while having discourse with the opposition and Prime Minister publically endorsed this act in twitter also.
