 This is a first for me, so please forgive me if this isn’t allowed here. I’m a union writer who’s been on strike for 5 months. Happily, as of yesterday the strike is over, but not the financial hardship since I'm not back at work yet. I've been invited on an expense-paid cruise to Antarctica, but I can't afford the roundtrip flight to Argentina!  @3967703f Yep. When I was making a documentary on privatized detention centers, I had conservatives tell me to my face that it may not be so bad to bring it back.
