At the moment we are focussing only on mobile for small merchants, but in the (far) future, we would like to create a web version for bigger businesses, we will definitely integrate WebLN and Alby then ;) 

 I would personally prefer sats and underneath the value in USD just as an informative estimate, but I am a Bitcoiner...  
  
I do think it just reflects reality better for all users too, because in the end, what they have is sats, not USD.

We our also participating in the tournament, with the Kumuly Pocket project. One of our future ideas would be offering some AI functions to our merchant users in the app, so they can for example create a logo if they do not have one yet, or so they can remove the background of the photos of their products and have better product photos. When we implement that, we should definitely do it based on what you are using and building on Nostr, great job!
