This is bullshit.  That’s what I thought after years of saving for my kids education, expenses and retirement, only to realize in real terms I was going backwards.  The investment fees flew out the door and the price of everything went up but I was at best treading water.   I’d struggled with mutual funds and ETFs and picking stocks on my own but it was all so hit and miss.  My expertise is elsewhere… why do I have to side gig in investment strategies I don’t really understand and where I feel like I’m just feeding the machine for others benefit?  I thought there must be a better way to save and that’s when I looked again at Bitcoin - that quirky digital money that I’d brushed off years before after reading a few bad headlines. The more I read the more I wondered.  Could it be so simple.   Could a little idea by an anonymous person really change the world?  I knew what hadn’t worked for me and so I stacked a few sats as they say.  Like my previous investments, my timing was off … but I hodled and hodled and things began to turn around.  Now I’m excited for the ride and to learn more. Ideas spark hope.  Hope changes the world.
